Returns & Exchanges

 

We process and ship all orders on Monday- Friday. Orders are processed in order of which they were received. We strive to get your items out as quick as possible, but please allow additional time during holiday times and sales. Current turn-around time is seven business days.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you LOVE your purchase. However, we know that sometimes items don't fit and an exchange is necessary. 

Please review our return policy prior to completing a transaction order.

 

All clothing or shoe purchases are eligible for Online Credit only - no cash or credit card refunds.

 

When we process the returned item, we will credit back to your account the original purchase price of the exchanged item or the price of the replacement item, whichever is lower, less any discounts or shipping charges.  

 

Please inspect all items for damages or defects and notify us at peachettal@gmail.com WITHIN 48hrs of your delivery courier’s  “delivered” receipts.

If the package arrived damaged from shipping, please let us know if you believe that is the source of the damage.  Please include pictures of any flaws or damages so we can work with our designers, shippers and our team to improve.  If available, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

 

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.  Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained or smell of smoke OR perfume the return will be refused.  If refused we will email you and you can choose to send it back to you at your expense.

 

To receive online credit, PeachEtta must have possession of the returned item(s) within 7 business days.

Once the item(s) has been be received and inspected by PeachEtta, we will issue you a discount code as your store credit.

 

All DISCOUNTED OR MARKED DOWN sale items are FINAL SALE. These items will be excluded from store credit, unless damaged or defective.

 

Also, all accessories, earrings, and leggings are FINAL sale as well. This is for hygienic purposes and in the best interest of our customers. 

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item(s) are defective or damaged.  We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options).  PeachEtta, LLC, is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.

STEPS TO INIATE A RETURN:

  1. Email PeachEtta at peachettal@gmail.com WITHIN 48hrs of your delivery courier’s  “delivered” receipts.
  2. Include your order number, and reason for your return.
  3. We will respond back with the necessary information in order for your to safely return the item(s) to us.
